The opening scene shows a black guy being attacked and put in the trunk of a car. For a new director, Peele debuts well, very well actually. I loved the acting, the lead, David Kaluuya did it for me. Allison Williams also did good. I mean the theme of the movie was quiet clear from the start and so you would follow in hopes of a rewarding resolution. My major setback was the finishing, i recall checking time left on the movie around when Chris wanted to leave because he had found them out, and i knew they where going to have to rush the ending. I was left unsatisfied to say the least. I enjoyed the fact that Peele wrapped what could have been a gruesome horror movie into something more subtle like a white girl taking home a black boyfriend but expected a more involving intense finishing. i wanted my WHY answered, why they did what they did, what was the essence to them, what was the essence even to us. For some reason i wanted to know they (white family) had regretted their actions but of course we are not given that luxury since Chris murders them all before any of them could share a dialogue. And where did Lil Rel come from, all of a sudden he gets a police car and appears just when all has ended, come on, too safe and too cliche for me.

Something is wrong from the very beginning.

PONTE NAFONSO

No estuario do Tambre, parroquia de Roo, atravesase o río pola Ponte Nafonso, de 270 metros de lonxitude, no centro dunha deliciosa paisaxe. Foi construida no siglo XIV, aínda que en 1844 sufriú unha reforma na súa parte superior para anchealo. O Licenciado Molina decía de él que era de xentil edificio e un dos mellores do reino.

Ten vinte arcos, pero no extremo apollase na orilla de Serra de Outes fai un extraño quiebro, que según a tradición nadie foi capaz de enderezar. Contan as lellendas que o arquitecto que dirixía as obras, tiña por nome Afonso, era irmá do que construía a igrexa do monasterio de Toxosoutos (Lousame). Habíanfeitoambos a promesa de que non verían a obra do outro irmá hasta que estivera terminada. Alfonso non cumplu a promesa e recibiu como castigo o que a súa obra non puidera ser acabada. De ahí surgiu a copla:

Adeus ti, Ponte Nafonso,

non sei quen te acabará,

trinta anos me levaches,

flor da miña mocedá.

PONTE MACEIRA

 Ponte Maceira, encontrase no  mesmo lugar que o Pazo de Baladrón. Pasa sobre o río Tambre unindo o alluntamento de Negreira có de Ames. Construida no siglo XIII, aproveitanse os arranques doutra ponte anterior de orixe romana. Consta de sete arcos, sendo o maior o terceiro entrando polo alluntamiento de Negreira, marcadamente apuntado.

O coto de pesca de Sigüeiro comprende os municipios de O Pino, Oroso e Santiago e acota o río Tambre durante 10,50 km. O límite superior fíxase en Carolliño de Arriba (límite Oroso-O Pino) e o inferior fíxase na  desembocadura do río Lengüelle (límite Oroso-Santiago).
Ten 2 tramos. O límite superior do tramo 1, con 6,5 km, fixase en Carolliño de Arriba e o inferior na presa de Chan de Castro. O límite superior do tramo 2, con 2 km.,fíxase na ponte de Sigüeirona estrada A Coruña- Santiago e o inferior  na desembocadura do río Lengüelle.

Ó SEU PASO POR OROSO

A Ponte Sigüeiro, posiblemente o elemento máis emblemático do Concello de Oroso, foi construida sobre o Rio Tambre ou Tamara, tal e como aparece en varios mapas do século XVIII. Tambre, que ten a raiz "Tam", significa correr, fluir, cara o mar, máis tamén podemos aplicálo ós romeiros, que dende moi lonxe corren cara a Compostela para encontrarse co seu benefactor. Un dos arcos desta ponte foi mandado construir por Fernán Pérez de Andrade no século XIV. A Ponte Sigüeiro foi testemuño mudo de moitos acontecementos históricos, dende os sucedidos por disputas nobiliarias, ata as batallas protagonizadas por Solís a mediados do século XIX.

AFLUENTES

Recolle augas dos ríos Batán, Cabalar, Maruzo, Samo, Ponte, Paradela, Sionlla e Muiño, lembrando que o Tambre se forma de varios regatos que nacen na serra do Bocelo, coma o Caxide e Rodelo, que forman a lagoa de Sobrado, donde queda formalizado o canal do río.

CARACTERÍSTICAS RIO TAMBRE

    O río Tambre ten un percorrido de 125 Km, e pertence á vertente atlántica. Nace na parroquia da Porta (Sobrado), leva dirección xeral SO, desemboca na ría de Muros e Noia.Percorre os concellos de Sobrado Boimorto , Curtis, Vilasantar, Mesía, Frades, Arzúa, O Pino, Oroso, Ordes, Trazo, Tordoia, Santiago, Val do Dubra, Ames, A Baña, Brión, Negreira, Outes, Mazaricos, Noia e Lousame. No ano 2001 foi declarado lugar de importancia comunitaria (LIC).
